We’ll arrange to visit your home and talk through every aspect of our service. You’ll probably have lots of questions and we want to make sure you’re completely happy with everything before we go ahead
What would you like us to do for you? Together, we’ll create a care plan that works exactly the way you want. Everyone is different, so that’s why we put a personal care plan in place for each client.
It’s really important that you feel comfortable with your care workers. That way, you’ll be happy to welcome them into your home. Our trained Support Workers are warm, friendly people, and we hope you’ll enjoy their visits. But if you’d like a change, just let us know.
You’ll know our team members as they’ll be wearing our green uniforms with the Kinnective Care logo, and each will have an identity pass that shows their photo. We’ll agree a time for each visit, with a 15 minute arrival-time window, to allow for traffic.
At the end of each visit, your Support Worker will make notes in your information diary about the tasks they’ve completed and anything else that’s relevant that day. This helps everyone to keep track of the care you’re receiving and helps us all to plan your future support.
We will review your care and support plan every year, or more often if your needs change. We’ll talk to you and, if you choose, with your family or friends, to make sure we continue to give you the care that’s right for you.
